How was Rain Guide created?

Rain Guide came up on a rainy day in China. I was visiting China during the rain season (April-May) and woke up one morning where, with a friend, we had decided to go and visit the highest waterfalls in China. This day was poring rain and we decided to delay our trip to the next day. We had nothing planned in exchange and were in possession of a general travel guide. We had a look into it in order to find something interesting to do but seemed that only outdoor activities were proposed. After grumbling about it for a few minutes, i realized that no one had ever tried to regroup all the activities you can do in each cities of our precious planet. From that day, i decided to buy a rainy and start building my own website that would regroup all the things you can do when there is no sun to enjoy your day outdoors.

Our website features a video and photo section where you can upload your own videos or photos of bad weather situation. Videos and picture will be submitted for approval n order to prevent all misuse of this section as we do not want to see non appropriate videos exposed.

You will also be able to find a blog section that will allow you to post up all the places you know where you can realize activities under stormy weather. Here, you will be able to post all the locations and events related rainy weather. If you have ever done anything when it rains and you would like to share your experience with our community, please post an article on your favorite activity.
